When you press the Lend v$ button below, and sign with your private key, the number of v$ you have specified will be sent from your wallet to the loan pool. All loans are for 367 days. You will receive 12% yield across the year, paid daily. Borrowers may borrow from the pool for up to 367 days. To do so they must lock VOW collateral worth 100% of the total value they wish to borrow. You may be paired with multiple borrowers across a year period. You will receive back your principal at the end of 367 days. If a borrower has defaulted, you will receive your principal plus 12% default interest. In some cases, you may receive the borrower’s VOW collateral instead of your v$. When you lend using the smart contracts, you are directly lending your v$. Swapping and lending as well as all defi transactions are not risk-free processes. Collateral and capital are always at risk. In the worst case they could go to Zero. This DApp provides an interface to the smart contracts and does not participate in any transaction. For this reason it takes no liability, nor does it make any promises or warranties to you.
